Children
We love your little ones, but for the safety and relaxation of all guests, children are only allowed in the salon if they have a scheduled appointment.
Pets
As much as we adore furry friends, pets are not permitted in the salon. Thank you for your understanding.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase and expire 3 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of use.
Cancellation Policy
Here at Ooh La La, we understand that life happens and sometimes schedules change, meaning you are unable to attend your appointment. However, we are sure you can appreciate how difficult it can be to fill late cancellations and missed appointments. Therefore, we ask for as much notice as possible to reschedule or cancel your appointment with us. If your appointment is cancelled within 48 of the service time, or you fail to show up, the deposit will be lost for color clients and a rebooking fee & no show fee for haircut clients.

Late to your reservation
Please arrive on time for your reservation. We offer a 5-minute grace period, but if you expect to be later than that, please give us a call. Guests who are more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment, and any deposit will be credited to the stylist.
Forms of Payment
We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
Full payment is due at the time of your service.
We do not offer credits or allow running tabs.
Hair extensions must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
